Theresa M. Kabot, C.L.P.,

(Certified Lease Professional) brings over

10 years of experience in the equipment

finance industry to our group.

After her Bachelor of Arts in Colorado,

Theresa began her career in equipment  financing with a subsidiary of Pitney Bowes,

at the time one of the largest small ticket funding sources in the nation.

She gained experience in the funding side

of the equipment leasing industry

from credit and documentation

to sales and marketing.

She then went on to serve

as Director of Marketing for a leasing

brokerage before founding

her own leasing company in

Seattle, Washington named:

Kabot Commercial Leasing, LLC.

After ten years her business is thriving

and her company offers more

than just equipment leasing options.

To keep it simple and accurate,

Theresa decided to name her second business

K2 Funding Group; K for Kabot,

and 2 for her second company.
